This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a goal for subscription growth.
- Own a roadmap of growth and engagement features.
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities for user growth and retention.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Data Science teams.
- Build and mentor a team of product managers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience with consumer-focused mobile apps and subscription-based products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Excellent user experience intuition and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
