This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a goal for subscription growth.
  • Own a roadmap of growth and engagement features.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities for user growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Data Science teams.
  • Build and mentor a team of product managers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience with consumer-focused mobile apps and subscription-based products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent user experience intuition and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
