Compensation:

$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for app reengagement.
  • Drive adoption by improving feature coverage across advertising UIs.
  • Collaborate with the Global Business Organization to prioritize development work.
  • Drive cross-Ads strategy and secure executive buy-in for critical gaps.
  • Partner with teams across Google to enhance developer tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years in product management or technology strategy roles.
  • 5 years in people management with technical leadership.
  • 5 years of experience in product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect engineering teams and build product strategies across functions.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work with data to align user experience with business goals.
