Responsibilities:

  • Build and mentor a team of HR Engineering (HRE) Product Managers, fostering product development.
  • Establish a multi-year direction and road-map for new AI-powered HR products, aligning with leadership.
  • Serve as the central product leader for the AI Garage, aligning teams like Business, Engineering, and HR.
  • Manage the entire product life-cycle from concept to adoption for the AI HR portfolio, establishing success metrics and delivering improvements in Googler productivity and organizational efficiency.
  • Advocate the potential of Agentic and Generative AI across the organization, serving as the domain expert and representative for AI within HR.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience driving elements of the product development life-cycle such as product outlook, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
  • Experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the leadership.
