Compensation:
$221,000-$311,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for creating and publishing marketing assets.
- Coordinate projects across multiple time zones and offices.
- Develop and mentor a team of in-house producers and manage external agencies.
- Integrate new technologies to enhance marketing workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in project production management.
- Experience in a program management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMS and AI tools in marketing workflows.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
