Compensation:

$219,000-$305,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive business growth.
  • Establish product and brand positioning informed by insights and executed across all channels.
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead collaborating with executive stakeholders in product, engineering, public relations, and creative to ensure successful launches and growth.
  • Lead mid-funnel campaigns to drive full-funnel return on investment.
  • Own cross-channel Go-to-Market strategy across various platforms.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing across various fields.
  • 5 years of experience with people management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Mastery in leveraging consumer insights and extensive marketing campaign management.
  • Experience in subscriptions marketing.
  • Track record of influencing product roadmaps and launching campaigns.
