Compensation:
$219,000-$305,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive business growth.
- Establish product and brand positioning informed by insights and executed across all channels.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead collaborating with executive stakeholders in product, engineering, public relations, and creative to ensure successful launches and growth.
- Lead mid-funnel campaigns to drive full-funnel return on investment.
- Own cross-channel Go-to-Market strategy across various platforms.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in marketing across various fields.
- 5 years of experience with people management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Mastery in leveraging consumer insights and extensive marketing campaign management.
- Experience in subscriptions marketing.
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps and launching campaigns.
