This role is based in San Bruno, CA, serving as the marketing leader for YouTube Shopping.
Compensation:
$219,000-$305,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage the comprehensive US Go-To-Market strategy, driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth through integrated creator, merchant, and viewer campaigns.
- Direct the Global Growth marketing strategy, partnering with Product and Data Science to build scalable user acquisition loops.
- Drive core product marketing for the organic YouTube Shopping merchant experience, collaborating closely with the Ads Marketing team.
- Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for marquee partnerships and serve as the primary liaison for US business leadership.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for US GTM execution and global growth initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or growth marketing with a focus on e-commerce.
- 5 years of experience with people management.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing GMV or business growth through full-funnel marketing strategies in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Experience working with Data Science and Product teams to drive product-led growth and optimization.
- Ability to launch go-to-market (GTM) strategies for partnerships at scale.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership and navigate a matrixed organization.
