Global Recruiting Manager, Google Cloud Platform

This role is based in multiple locations including Atlanta, GA, and Ann Arbor, MI.

Compensation:

$165,000-$239,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global delivery and headcount management for key sub-product areas within Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage a team of recruiters, focusing on work distribution and hiring efficiencies.
• Collaborate across the recruiting ecosystem to advance Google's position in the AI market.
• Provide stakeholder management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• 2 years in an analytical environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in AI hiring and niche skillset sourcing.
• Ability to innovate hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
