Compensation:

$117,000-$167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global paid media strategy for Gemini Enterprise, collaborating across Google Cloud.
  • Direct agency teams for campaign delivery and optimize performance to meet growth targets.
  • Present market trends and performance in executive reviews, recommending budget optimizations.
  • Oversee creative production and message testing with brand and social teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of marketing experience across various fields.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in growing subscription businesses (B2B or B2C).
  • Managing paid media campaigns across Google ad networks.
  • Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Understanding of media measurement methodologies.
