Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Shape the team’s direction and mentor members while addressing technical challenges.
- Build scalable and user-friendly experiments infrastructure.
- Measure impact using data and metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering management and product teams to clarify priorities and roadmaps.
- Align platform evolution with broader architectural efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- Experience coding in Java and distributed systems.
- Mentorship and leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with Google Infrastructure and coding in Kotlin.
- Experience with Search Infrastructure.
