Field Solutions Architect Manager, GenAI, Google Cloud

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Field Solution Architects management to determine staffing levels and lead interview teams.
• Organize and train the Field Solution Architect team to ensure market readiness.
• Work with Sales leadership to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
• Resolve product problems affecting customer satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
• 2 years of experience managing a technical team.
• Experience in AI applications and building ML solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with contact center technologies and conversational applications.
