Compensation:

$227,000-$320,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex AI applications, transitioning from prototypes to production-grade workflows.
  • Architect and code integrations between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
  • Build evaluation pipelines to ensure system accuracy and performance.
  • Identify and convert field patterns into reusable modules for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in AI-driven solutions using Python, Typescript, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud.
  • Experience leading technical sessions to define AI requirements.
  • Experience building data pipelines for AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or PhD in AI or Computer Science.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and advanced AI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of large language model metrics and optimization techniques.
