Compensation:

$177,000-$263,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of AI applications, transitioning from prototypes to production-grade workflows.
  • Architect and code solutions that integrate Google’s AI products with customer infrastructures.
  • Build high-performance evaluation pipelines to ensure system accuracy and safety.
  • Identify and convert technical challenges into reusable modules for engineering teams.
  • Mentor customer teams and influence technical capabilities across organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and cloud platform architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or PhD in AI or related field.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM-native metrics.
  • Ability to implement secure workflows with OAuth-based authentication.
