Field Solutions Architect, Google Cloud, Applied AI

This role is based in multiple locations including New York, NY and Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$123,000-$176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead development for conversational AI and customer experience applications.
• Architect conversational flows optimized for integration with Google’s AI products.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic workloads.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to instill best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in Python and architecting scalable AI systems.
• Experience deploying conversational agents and using Terraform.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI or related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
