Field Solutions Architect, GenAI, Google Cloud

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on AI-driven solutions, architecting across Data, AI, and Infrastructure.
• Demonstrate features, optimize model performance, and troubleshoot issues in large-scale environments.
• Build technical assets to enable customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate regional field enablement and collaborate with product organizations.
• Travel as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years in AI/ML as a technical sales engineer or software engineer.
• Experience in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in Generative AI.
• Technical presentation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Full-stack ML engineering experience.
• Experience with search concepts and semantic search frameworks.
• Systems design and data pipeline architecture skills.
