Compensation:
$97,500-$140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead development for Conversational AI and Customer Experience applications.
- Architect and code conversational flows optimized for integration with Google’s AI products.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to enhance agentic workloads.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Python and architecting scalable AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of deploying conversational agents using code-based frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in AI or related field.
- Experience troubleshooting high-traffic systems and driving customer projects.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
