Field Solutions Architect, Applied AI

This position is located in New York, NY or Atlanta, GA, with the possibility of other locations.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead development for Conversational AI applications, transitioning prototypes to production-grade workflows.
• Architect conversational flows optimized for integration with customer infrastructures.
• Build evaluation pipelines to optimize workloads and maintain security.
• Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in Python and architecting scalable AI systems.
• Experience deploying conversational agents and using Terraform.
• Experience building full-stack applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI or related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
