Compensation:
$153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Conversational AI and CX applications, transitioning from prototypes to production-grade workflows.
- Architect and code conversational flows optimized for integration with Google’s AI products and customer infrastructures.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to optimize agentic workloads.
- Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement best practices for project success.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in Python and cloud-based AI systems.
- Experience deploying conversational agents and automating setups using tools like Terraform.
- Proven ability to build full-stack applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in AI or related field.
- Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
