Compensation:

$153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Conversational AI and CX applications, transitioning from prototypes to production-grade workflows.
  • Architect and code conversational flows optimized for integration with Google’s AI products and customer infrastructures.
  • Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to optimize agentic workloads.
  • Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement best practices for project success.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Python and cloud-based AI systems.
  • Experience deploying conversational agents and automating setups using tools like Terraform.
  • Proven ability to build full-stack applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in AI or related field.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
