Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Conversational AI and CX applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade workflows.
  • Architect and code conversational flows optimized for integration with Google’s AI products.
  • Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to optimize workloads.
  • Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Python and architecting scalable AI systems.
  • Experience deploying conversational agents and using Terraform.
  • Ability to build full-stack applications that interact with enterprise IT infrastructures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or PhD in AI or related field.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
  • Ability to troubleshoot high-traffic systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
