Field Solutions Architect, Applied AI, Google Cloud

This role is based in New York, NY or Atlanta, GA, with the possibility of other locations.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Conversational AI and CX applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade workflows.
• Architect and code conversational flows optimized for integration with customers' infrastructures.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to optimize workloads.
• Identify and convert technical friction points into reusable modules for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure project success and user adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in Python and architecting scalable AI systems on cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying conversational agents and automating setups using tools like Terraform.
• Proven ability to build full-stack applications that interact with enterprise IT infrastructures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in AI or related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
• Ability to troubleshoot high-traffic systems and travel up to 50% of the time.
