Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and guide eye tracking system design for XR.
  • Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to perception algorithms design and implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience leading eye tracking system design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
