Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead leadership searches for ALCS and GCAS, partnering with stakeholder leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent and recruiting needs.
  • Map talent ecosystems and maintain talent lists focused on L7+ talent at competitors.
  • Identify talent gaps and source candidates to fill them.
  • Develop recruiting strategies in collaboration with business leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in executive search and advising senior executives.
  • Experience in advertising, media, or consumer technology sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building relationships with executive applicants.
  • Ability to interpret talent data for decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Google's consumer products and strategies.
