This role is based in multiple locations including Austin, TX and Atlanta, GA.
Compensation:
$165,000-$239,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in defining the executive technical talent needed to drive Google’s strategy.
- Provide assessments and insights based on knowledge of the talent pool.
- Engage research teams and network relationships to recruit executive level applicants.
- Maintain consistent communication and client service throughout the search process.
- Understand each applicant's leadership style and fit for the role.
Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in executive search and hiring executives (VP+ talent).
- 5 years of experience in the technology sector.
- 4 years of experience in recruiting with AI/ML or cloud technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality search deliverables.
