Executive Recruiter, Google Cloud

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, or Ann Arbor, MI.

Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define and acquire technical talent and organizational leaders.
• Execute proactive search strategies to recruit technical executive-level applicants.
• Lead the end-to-end search process, ensuring exceptional client service throughout recruitment.
• Conduct applicant assessments to understand leadership styles and organizational alignment.
• Serve as a domain talent expert, providing strategic insights on the talent market.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in executive search and hiring executives (VP+ talent).
• 3 years of experience in the technology sector.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience running full life-cycle executive searches.
• Experience with executive compensation negotiations.
