Executive Recruiter, Google Cloud

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, or Ann Arbor, MI, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$165,000-$245,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define and acquire technical talent and organizational leaders.
• Execute proactive search strategies to identify and recruit executive-level applicants.
• Lead the end-to-end search process, ensuring consistent communication with internal partners.
• Conduct applicant assessments to understand leadership styles and organizational fit.
• Provide strategic insights and talent market assessments.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in executive search and hiring executives (VP+ talent).
• 5 years of experience in the technology sector.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience recruiting executive-level engineering talent.
• Experience with executive compensation negotiations.
