Executive Recruiter, Cloud

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, or Ann Arbor, MI, with potential locations including Atlanta, Austin, Boulder, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.

Compensation:

$158,000-$235,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define and acquire technical talent and organizational leaders.
• Execute proactive search strategies to identify and recruit executive-level applicants.
• Lead the end-to-end search process, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional client service.
• Conduct applicant assessments to understand leadership styles and organizational alignment.
• Provide strategic insights and talent market assessments based on industry knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in executive search and hiring executives (VP+ talent).
• 5 years of experience in the technology sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting executive-level engineering talent.
• Experience with executive compensation negotiations.
