Compensation:

$158,000-$235,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to define and acquire technical talent and organizational leaders.
  • Execute proactive search strategies to identify and recruit executive-level applicants.
  • Lead the end-to-end search process, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional client service.
  • Conduct applicant assessments to understand leadership styles and organizational alignment.
  • Provide strategic insights and talent market assessments based on industry knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in executive search and hiring executives (VP+ talent).
  • 5 years of experience in the technology sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting executive-level engineering talent.
  • Experience with executive compensation negotiations.
