This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop mid-term technical goals and roadmap for your teams.
- Deliver software features on switch stack software deployed in Google data centers.
- Review code developed by engineers and provide feedback.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years in a people management role.
- Experience with network architecture and infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge of Linux development and multi-threading.
- Experience with networking protocols and Software Defined Networking (SDN).
