Engineering Manager, SSD Storage

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$207000 - $301000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers to deliver against the Platform Infrastructure and Engines (PIE) roadmap.
• Manage budget, resources, and tooling planning.
• Drive all aspects of development including requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with Linux Kernel, Operating Systems, Embedded Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience with SSDs, NAND flash, and storage protocols.
