Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the team developing next-generation safety solutions for AI/ML networking.
  • Empower the team to innovate and improve software using production principles.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience building developer tools.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
