Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and technical goals for sharing infrastructure.
  • Lead engineering teams to optimize scalable sharing infrastructure and UI primitives.
  • Serve as the primary engineering lead, collaborating with product management and UX.
  • Support the team in leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance creativity and engineering velocity.
  • Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in JavaScript, web applications, and front-end development.
  • 8 years of experience in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Android/iOS development, C++, server platforms, testing, data analysis, architecture, and strategic thinking.
