This role is based in Seattle, WA or Kirkland, WA.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and technical goals for sharing infrastructure.
- Lead engineering teams to optimize scalable sharing infrastructure and UI primitives.
- Serve as the primary engineering lead, collaborating with product management and UX.
- Support the team in leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance creativity and engineering velocity.
- Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in JavaScript, web applications, and front-end development.
- 8 years of experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Android/iOS development, C++, server platforms, testing, data analysis, architecture, and strategic thinking.
