This role is based in New York, NY, where you will lead the Resilience Enablement team with a focus on Data Integrity.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team responsible for Resilience Enablement and Data Integrity, ensuring the reliability and scalability of critical emergency systems.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence.
  • Advocate a customer-centric roadmap that simplifies data integrity complexities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment.
  • Identify areas of commonality across existing tools and methods to consolidate solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, or Go.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Experience in architecting for resilience or managing data integrity/reliability systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to analyze systems and identify systemic vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
