This role is based in Kirkland, WA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a 10+ person engineering team, focusing on coaching and performance management.
  • Guide the team in designing and deploying a scalable PD IO stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across PD and GCE.
  • Lead efforts to address ambiguous problems with executable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in storage, compute, networking, or infrastructure management.
