Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and manage an engineering team focused on content automation.
  • Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for content automation systems.
  • Oversee the software development life-cycle ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Advocate for engineering best practices and encourage innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience with full-stack development (Java, Python, Golang, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing and machine learning platforms.
