Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Set clear expectations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Develop technical goals and roadmaps for your teams.
  • Ensure accountability for team commitments and enable decision-making.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3 years in a complex, matrixed organization.
