Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Workload Optimization team, setting technical goals and driving key features.
  • Collaborate with teams across machine learning and product areas for successful execution.
  • Shape team culture and processes, identifying new opportunities and translating strategy into priorities.
  • Coach and provide career guidance to reports, improving engineering practices.
  • Act as a technical leader, contributing to engineering efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with the end-to-end Machine Learning development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
