Engineering Manager, ML Infrastructure Control Plane

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you will manage a team of engineers and oversee large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop technical goals and roadmaps for your teams.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with infrastructure/ML.
