Engineering Manager, Looker, Google Cloud Platform

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish clear expectations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop technical goals and roadmaps.
• Guide system designs and review code for best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C++, Java.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role with 2 years in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
