Engineering Manager, Image Search Ranking

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Drive the technical strategy for improving image result rankings.
• Oversee development of ranking improvements and evaluation methods.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development and algorithms.
• 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience coding in C++ or Python.
• Experience with data analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience in Search Quality and ranking systems.
• Experience with applied machine learning.
