This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the goal, strategy, and execution for the Generative AI pillar of our horizontal platform.
  • Provide instant support and real-time answers to technical questions.
  • Perform automated static analysis on code and deployment configurations.
  • Expose compliance capabilities throughout the tooling ecosystem.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience with Generative AI.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in designing and developing platforms.
  • 3 years of experience in building AI agents and leveraging Generative AI.
