Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work as an engineering manager and leader on Gemini Cloud Assist Troubleshooting team.
  • Lead initiatives on agentic framework, to help scale investigations coverage across 1p and 3p data sources.
  • Drive exploratory analysis of state of the modeling techniques, user engagement behaviors and product performance to discover important trends, product opportunities, and Gemini Cloud Assist (GCA) troubleshooting quality gaps.
  • Interact cross-functionally and cultivate strong partnerships with a wide variety of teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
  • 5 years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management role managing at least 8 reports.
  • 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Cloud APIs.
