This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate team priorities that support broader organizational goals.
- Design and guide systems designs, writing product or system development code.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback.
- Provide APIs for GCP and TI Services to maintain physical and logical isolation.
- Ensure GCP customers achieve verifiable zonal isolation of their jobs against GCP failures.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development (Java, Python, Golang, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years in a people management and team leadership role.
- Knowledge of TI/GCP physical and logical constructs.
- Understanding of reliability engineering.
