Engineering Manager, GCP, Technical Infrastructure

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
  • Design, guide and vet systems designs and write product or system development code.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback.
  • Provide APIs for GCP and TI Services to maintain physical and logical isolation.
  • Ensure customers achieve verifiable zonal isolation against GCP failures.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience with full stack development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Knowledge of TI/GCP physical and logical constructs.
  • Understanding of reliability engineering.
