Engineering Manager, Fleet Infrastructure, Core

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Provide technical expertise to support complex projects, improving efficiency and scalability.
• Define and drive the team technical strategy and roadmap.
• Automate complex system administration tasks.
• Manage project priorities and resources effectively.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience in infrastructure, including Cloud.
• Track record of successfully working with remote teams.
