Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
  • Contribute to product strategy and manage execution and delivery.
  • Establish partnerships with stakeholders to define long-term product goals.
  • Manage project priorities and resources effectively.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, or Go.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in a structured organization.
