Engineering Manager, Confidential Computing Services

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-growth team at the center of Google Cloud's security posture.
• Define the strategic vision for confidential computing identity and attestation.
• Manage team staffing, career development, and performance management.
• Influence designs and plans across multiple groups.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with people management and cloud computing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with open source technologies.
