Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical goal and architecture for AI solutions.
  • Drive efforts from ideation to building scalable production systems.
  • Lead the team in delivering high-quality solutions and mentoring engineers.
  • Collaborate with product teams to convert user journeys into technical requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years in a people management role.
  • Experience with machine learning infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions and Google's AI infrastructure.
  • Passion for machine learning and developer tools.
