Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical goal and architecture for AI solutions.
- Drive efforts from ideation to building scalable production systems.
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality solutions and mentoring engineers.
- Collaborate with product teams to convert user journeys into technical requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years in a people management role.
- Experience with machine learning infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with AI/ML solutions and Google's AI infrastructure.
- Passion for machine learning and developer tools.
