Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a resource distribution ecosystem.
  • Lead the transition to artifact-driven software development.
  • Address challenges in large-scale distributed systems and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to define requirements.
  • Coach and grow engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
  • 2 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • Experience in complex organizations and resource management.
