Engineering Manager, Borglet

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a team of 7-12 engineers with managerial and technical skills.
• Plan, execute and align with broader organization goals.
• Develop team and work allocation.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience in managing a team of 7-12 people.
• Experience architecting and developing distributed systems.
• Experience in concurrency, multithreading and synchronization.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with infrastructure systems, Linux, virtualization.
