This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, where you will manage engineers across multiple teams and oversee large-scale projects.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Set clear expectations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop technical goals and roadmaps for multiple teams.
- Design and vet systems designs, and write product or system development code.
- Review code and ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide technical leadership for low-level computer systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management role.
- Experience with C++ programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with system software and distributed systems.
- Understanding of performance analysis and tuning.
