Engineering Manager, Android Growth Systems and Frameworks

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Own the development and strategy for essential client-side features, including search entry points and user engagement systems.
• Advocate for a quality user experience by collaborating with feature teams across Search and AI.
• Manage core user journeys and define feature architecture goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 4 years of experience with Android/iOS application development.
