Engineering Manager, Agentic Automation, Trust and Safety

This role is based in Kirkland, WA, USA.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose new ways to leverage technology, automation, and AI for trust and safety.
- Lead technical initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Guide the team in building scalable, reliable AI-powered solutions.
- Set clear expectations and mentor engineers to foster a high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the product roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience, including distributed systems.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with full stack development (Java, Python, Golang, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- 2 years in a people management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in building Agentic AI Systems.
- Experience applying AI/ML principles to large-scale problems.
